The Chalet

Chalet Vetera 223 is a spacious and comfortable split-level apartment, which sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms (no bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and 2 separate WC. (175 sqm) It is very much a family chalet, which we have owned since 1993. There are wide south-facing balconies on both levels, affording magnificent and uninterrupted views across the valley beyond.

The apartment is accessible from the covered garage and there is one parking space available for guests.

Inside the lobby, there is a ski locker room and stairs up leading up to the apartment, which is on the second floor.

Hallway with plenty of space for boots/shoes, a hanging rail and a wooden rack for ski kit.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. There are two fondue sets and two raclette sets for you to enjoy Swiss specialities as well as plenty of serving dishes.

Open plan-living room with two sofas and three arm chairs, the dining area seats up to 12 comfortably. Open fireplace, flat screen wall-mounted satellite TV. French window to south facing wrap-around balcony.

There is super-fast WIFI throughout.

There is underfloor heating throughout Level One.

Wooden stairs lead to Level Two.

Further Information

All linen and towels are included, as well as an end of stay clean. Interim cleans can be arranged with prior notice, as can catering and food delivery of home-made frozen meals. We have a cot and high chair for families with young children and babysitting can be arranged.

There are plenty of books, DVDs and board games available for your use.

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for pets or smokers.

Not suitable for wheel chair or sit-ski access.

Location and Details

The nearest shopping centre is just 200m away and has two supermarkets, Migros and Denner, as well as a pharmacy.

The bus stop for the free resort bus is also 200m away. You can be at the main lift – Medran – by resort bus in 5 mins or walk it in 15 mins.

The Place Centrale (centre of resort) is just a 5 mins walk from the chalet.
